Dexter is one of the heads of Property and Asset Management in Thailand and also part of the JLL Global Premium Services Group. He has substantial experience partnering with clients on their township projects from the design stages, through to operation and on-going township management.

His experience working on landmark smart and sustainable mixed-use precincts (TOD, Prime Commercial, Retail, Convention, leisure & residential) around the world ensures access to best practice and getting ahead of the onset of new trends.
Dexter has over 20 years of experience and understands all spectrums of the built environment from end user requirements to meeting financial outcomes and achieving optimum operational efficiencies.
Dexter joined JLL in 2006 and is currently Head of Property and Asset Management for JLL in Thailand and leads a team of 1,500 employees implementing best practice solutions to all contracts. These include special projects, consultancy, engineering services, critical environment management and sustainability. With a clear view to improve services to clients and delivering qualified advice in many management areas.
Dexter was the lead Estate management consultant for One Bangkok in Thailand. Notably, Dexter has worked for JLL on several global instructions in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Indonesia & India which brought together JLL’s leading experts from Europe and Asia to develop management structures and operating procedures for those countries’ mega developers including the TDIC projects of Sadiyat Island and The St Regis. Notably Dexter was part of the JIO World Consultancy team with successfully delivered 800,000 sqm Premium Grade Mixed-use project in Mumbai, India for the Reliance Group.
