David Liang has more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering and construction management service. Graduating in 1999 from South China University of Technology and obtaining a Master of Engineering from University of Toronto, David joined Sigmund Soudack & Associates in 2004. David is passionate about the engineering and construction for high rise buildings.

Born in China and being a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, David has learnt diverse engineering knowledge and expertise from different continents. David accepted Sigmund Soudack & Associates’ office culture to think for the client’s best interest.
