In this capacity, David lends his expertise to a diverse portfolio of projects, across a broad spectrum of market segments. Projects under David’s purview have included the 800,000-s.f. transformation of Madison Square Garden, as well as, 461 Dean, what is currently the world’s tallest modular building. Now, David is overseeing the construction of another prefabricated modular building, a 300-room, 20-story hotel for Dutch company CitizenM.
