About

Daniel is a surveyor within the Real Estate team of Canary Wharf Group, the developer and manager of the Canary Wharf Estate. He has worked on various projects including the 8 Canada Square redevelopment project. Recently, Daniel has been overseeing the group’s BTR Residential portfolio. A key focus will be delivering CWG’s extensive development pipeline including office transformations, Wood Wharf, One North Quay Life Science scheme and various retail and leisure offerings on the 100-acre estate. He joined CTBUH Future Leaders Committee in January 2024.

Daniel graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA (Hons) in International Relations. He is now studying for an MSc in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management.
