Dan Cruddace is an Architect and a Partner at 3XN Australia.

He specializes in leading and delivering large scale complex projects with a particular expertise in base-build offices and workplace interiors, as well as residential-led mixed-use schemes.
Prior to joining 3XN, Dan led the BVN Team, working with 3XN, to deliver the award-winning Quay Quarter Tower - the world’s first adaptive re-use of an existing tower.
Previously a Partner + Workplace Group Director at Sheppard Robson’s London Studio, Dan now provides senior project leadership to 3XN’s Sydney Studio for a range of projects including Queen Victoria Market Melbourne, and the new Sydney Fish Market.

Passionate about design and delivery excellence, Dan believes that the user experience, a considered response to context and sustainable opportunities should be at the heart of design decisions. He is particularly interested in the transformation and adaptive re-use of buildings - a typology that he has considerable experience in, with various projects in Europe and Australia and an agenda that 3XN strongly believes needs to be pushed in response to the climate emergency we face.
