Christy Hayes is CEO of leading volumetric construction companies Tide and Vision.

With over three decades of experience in property investment and development, Christy has been instrumental in the growth of Tide and its sister manufacturing company Vision. Specialising in offsite volumetric construction, the companies have delivered seven of the world's ten tallest volumetric buildings in the world, including 50-storey College Road in London.

Christy has led on the delivery of over £4bn GDV in real estate assets ensuring the buildings are fully fundable, mortgageable, and insurable. With a strong focus on innovation, research and development, Tide and Vision are committed to driving the modernisation and decarbonisation of construction and real estate.
