A Bucks County native and a graduate of Lafayette College with a degree in Civil Engineering, G. Christopher Beck is Senior Vice President of Turner Construction, with executive oversight of preconstruction and construction management services for Turner’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices. Responsible for their overall success, Mr. Beck provides comprehensive operational and financial knowledge to Turner’s local offices drawn from his experience overseeing the company’s regional portfolio of core and shell and interiors work. He has served as Turner’s principal-in-charge on several signature projects including the Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Brandywine Realty Trust’s FMC Tower at Cira Centre South, Princeton University’s Lewis Center for the Arts, and the revitalization of Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Mr. Beck currently serves on the board of the General Building Contractors Association. He is also a member of the Carpenters’ Company of the City and County of Philadelphia, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Corporate Council, the Drexel Construction Management Advisory Council, and the Lafayette College Industrial Advisory Committee. He currently resides in Carversville, PA with his wife, Shelly, and their two children, Maggie and Reed.
