Guojun Cai graduated from Tongji University urban planning major, National First-class Registered Architect, Professor level senior architect, now works in Nanjing Hexi New Town Development and Construction Administrative Commission. I'm the chief design engineer and I was responsible for the design organization, program demonstration and technical coordination of the Twin Tower for Youth Olympic Center project.
