Brian Brashaw is the Program Manager for the Forest Products Marketing Unit (FPMU), at the Forest Products Laboratory (FPL) in Madison, Wisconsin. Their focus is to work collaboratively and strategically with Forest Service FPL researchers, Wood Innovations specialists and external partners to advance forest products markets to support sustainable forest management, carbon-storing building materials, and economic development. Brian earned a B.S. degree in Forestry from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, a Master of Science Degree in Wood Products from Washington State University and a PhD. in Forest Resources from Mississippi State University.
