Bassam M. Al-Bassam is the Director of Quality at Al Ra'idah Investment Company. Bassam graduated from King Saud University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999, and earned his MBA from the University of Southampton, UK in 2003.

As the Director of Quality since April 2011, Bassam is responsible for maintaining quality assurance and quality control activities for Rayadah Investment Company. Bassam has also worked for King Saud University, Al-Jomaih and Shell Lubricating Oil Company, and Saudi Ceramics Company before joining Rayadah Investment Company in 2008.
