Ashley Rogow is an Associate architectural and technical designer at Gensler Chicago, where she currently serves as the Regional Leader for the firm’s Building Transformation + Adaptive Reuse practice area. In her time as a designer, she has worked across a multitude of project types through all phases, from conceptual design through construction administration, with a focus on enclosure design and sustainability for large-scale projects. Notably, Ashley was on the design teams that renovated two of Chicago’s most iconic buildings, The Merchandise Mart and The Old Post Office. She has contributed her expertise on adaptive reuse and technical design to numerous publications and participated in lectures and panel discussions. She believes in a sensitive, interdisciplinary approach to architecture that encompasses diverse methods to achieve unique, efficient design solutions.
