Andy To is the Managing Director, Asset Services Greater China based in Shanghai. He oversees all services associated with the operations of the Asset Services business line across Greater China. The role involves the oversight of the service delivery, business development, financial, information technology, legal and human capital functions that are within Asset Services and provide the necessary infrastructure for the efficient operations of Asset Services in Greater China.

Mr. To has more than 20 years' experience in the property and asset management industry, with a particular focus in properties and facilities in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and second-tier cities.
Immediately prior to joining CBRE, Andy was the Property Management Director at Shanghai Apong Realty & Investment Corporation, where he was responsible for property management operations of the company in Shanghai, Qingdao and Dalian. He has also held the position of General Manager of Kerry Property Management (Beijing) Limited and MegaBox Development Limited in Hong Kong.
Prior to stationing in the PRC, Mr. To served Sino Estates Management Limited for 16 years where he managed a portfolio of 180 properties and held the position of General Manager from 1997 to 2005.
