Andy Bench is Vice President of Development for Wright Runstad & Company. In this role, he was responsible for delivering the 1.2-million square foot (111,484 square meter) mixed-use Rainier Square redevelopment project in downtown Seattle. He currently leads development pursuits and new projects for Wright Runstad.
A Seattle native, Bench earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Georgetown University before serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He later earned a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA and certificate in commercial real estate from the University of Washington.
