Andreas is married, has 2 children, studied architecture and started his professional career in 1987. His first tasks were related to planning services, mainly in the retail sector, before he focused on construction, construction management and project management. Andreas worked for many years in a leading position in a globally operating retail group. His projects were initially spread all over Germany. The opening of the Eastern European borders led Andreas' tasks further and further into Eastern Europe, Turkey and Russia where he also held various management tasks in the foreign companies.
In 2013, Andreas' focus changed, concentrating on his new role in an office development company active across Europe. Then, Andreas joint the lift division of thyssenkrupp in 2018, which is now an independent company as TK Elevator. As an architect, he can speak at eye level with the planners and project developers which is an advantage especially with the innovative, ropeless MULTI lift and its special features. Andreas leads a small team and is responsible for MULTI consulting and sales tasks at TKE.
