Alastair joined Canary Wharf Group in June 2018 to lead Vertus. Vertus is the business tasked with the leasing and operational management of the Build to Rent (PRS) developments on behalf of the group. Alastair has spent the last 3 years building the operational platform for the delivery of the developments to market as well as overseeing the handover of the developments from Canary Wharf’s contracting arm and making them ready for occupation.
