Adrienne Bowman-Grittini is the Midwest region Senior Technical Service & Development Specialist for Dow Performance Silicones in the High Performance Buildings market. In her seven years in the silicone industry, she has participated on numerous commercialization projects to bring new silicone room-temperature-vulcanizing sealants and primers to various markets ranging from commercial construction to the electronics industry. Adrienne has a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and is an American Society of Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
