Adrian was appointed Director of Operations, Asia in November 2021 and is based in Singapore. He leads regional safety, sustainability and risk, and is responsible for ensuring Lendlease achieves best practice in safety and risk management as well as operational excellence. He is also the regional sponsor for innovation in Asia.
Adrian joined Lendlease in August 2015 as the Head of Environment, Health & Safety, Asia, where he drove holistic planning, disciplined execution and visible leadership for EH&S to enhance end-to-end risk management to support Lendlease’s growth ambitions in Asia.
He has more than 20 years of experience driving regional and global strategic commercial and operational initiatives for multinationals and government agencies such as Eastman Chemical Company and Singapore Economic Development Board. Prior to joining Lendlease, he was the Global General Manager, Health, Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) for Shell Chemicals where he had successfully championed cultural and behavioral changes that led to significant improvements in HSSE performance and awareness.
He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
