In Mölndal, Sweden, work has begun on the MIMO property development project. The project includes a new 17-story office building as well as renovating an existing building. 

Located next to the city’s travel center and the Mölndals Galleria mall, the project covers approximately 40,000 square meters. 

The new office building is targeting BREEAM Excellent level. The overall project will include offices, services, and retail, and one third of the space has been leased so far. Total rentable area will be about 32,000 square meters. 

Swedish construction company NCC expects to finish construction in 2024.
