Construction financing for Emblem, a 115-unit affordable housing project in Washington, D.C.'s vibrant NoMa and Union Market neighborhoods has been secured. This development will offer much-needed deeply affordable housing, with all units reserved for families and individuals earning up to 30 percnet and 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Located at 301 Florida Avenue NE, Emblem will occupy a triangular 0.2-acre site in the heart of the District, just over a mile from the U.S. Capitol. The design has been referenced to look similar to the Flat Iron Building in New York City. The project is strategically positioned within walking distance of the Metro system and two high-frequency bus lines, providing residents with convenient access to downtown D.C., employment centers, educational institutions, and recreational opportunities.
