The Warsaw HUB, a flagship investment of Ghelamco Poland, has gained a new tenant — GATX Rail Poland, a company operating in the freight rail car leasing industry. The company’s office will be located in building B and will occupy 1,478 square meters—the entire floor of the skyscraper. GATX Rail Poland is a part of GATX Corporation, a company established in the United States in 1898 and offering solutions and services in the field of rail transport worldwide. In Europe, the company operates in Germany, Austria, France and Poland.

“The Warsaw HUB serves as a specific hub, not only in terms of communication and functionality, but also in terms of business. The building is chosen for headquarters by companies from various sectors of the market: finance, modern technologies, the hotel industry, and the expansion of the group of tenants by GATX Rail Poland. Innovative solutions, user- and environmentally-friendly space and the first-class location of this investment are the advantages appreciated even by the most demanding business partners,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.

“This is a unique project that, apart from the highest standard office space, will also offer many amenities for tenants and direct access to the metro. It is worth emphasizing that GATX decided to stay in the vicinity of Rondo Daszyńskiego, which only confirms that it is currently the most desirable location for tenants on the map of Warsaw.”

It is worth emphasizing that GATX decided to stay in the vicinity of Rondo Daszyńskiego, which only confirms that it is currently the most desirable location for tenants on the map of Warsaw,” commented Piotr Kamiński, Senior Consultant in the Office Space Lease Department, JLL.

The Warsaw HUB, a modern and multi-functional complex of high-rise buildings, is being built in the fastest-developing part of Warsaw, Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola district. It will consist of three skyscrapers: a 86-meter hotel building and two 130-meter office towers, which will be joined by a five-story foundation.

The Warsaw HUB is currently Ghelamco Poland’s most innovative project, built upon the concept of a “hub”, i.e. a major functional and transportation center. The 113,000 square meters of space will offer state-of-the-art office premises, a conference center, hotels, a convenience center, fitness club, co-working space, and The Heart Warsaw—a center for cooperation between corporations and start-ups.

The project will provide its future tenants with numerous sophisticated solutions including access to and navigation around the building using a smartphone, a car recognition system in the underground car park, and a charging station for electric cars.
