The two-tower project is part of the Dubai Creek Harbour master-planned development, a joint venture by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding.

Once complete, the towers will top out at 39 stories and 36 stories, each with three-level podiums and ground level access.

Creek Horizon will also offer individual townhouses and shared leisure amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and recreational areas.

Emaar appointed architecture and engineering consultancy SSH to carry out the design and construction supervision for the project.

The towers’ orientation has been designed to maximize the available views of the waterfront, harbor, and central park within the district, while also offering long-distance vista opportunities, SSH said in a statement.

The architectural forms create a destination within the new district and respond to the views of Dubai skyline, waterfront, central park and creek beyond, the statement added.
