Tulip Residence is a mixed-use development that offers serviced apartments and retail lots in Denai Alam, Selangor. The project, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM230 million (US$49 million) is a joint venture with Chester Denai Alam Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Chester Group), the landowner, and Setiakon Builders Group.

Tulip Residence opened for sale in December 2021, and the first tower and all 14 retail units were fully taken up within four months. The second tower will be opened for sale in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The project comprises two towers and 14 retail units on the ground level. The 32-story Tower A offers 320 serviced apartments. Every layout comes with at least two bedrooms and a bathroom, a balcony and two parking bays. 

The 27-story Tower B will have 277 units and an open layout concept without a balcony.
