London Gate, in partnership with Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller, has launched their latest development, the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower that will be built in the heart of the Dubai Marina. This partnership follows the success of their previous collaboration, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower. Set to redefine branded real estate in Dubai, this new 34-sotry project with a total value of AED 1.6 billion, will feature 722 luxury units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with pricing starting around AED 1.25 million. Each residence offers a meticulously designed space powered by the sleek lines and innovative spirit of the Franck Muller Vanguard watch collection, and will have panoramic views of the Dubai Marina and high-end, crafted interiors.

A range of modern amenities will be provided in the high-rise, including fitness centers, swimming pools, concierge services, and secure parking. The unique location attracts residents who appreciate luxury, exclusivity, and unparalleled access to Dubai’s bustling tourist and business districts. The design will renovate and replace the uncompleted building, The Summit. 

Completion of the project is scheduled for late 2027.
