Supertall in Bangkok is Topped Out

Raimon Land and Mitsubishi Estate have partnered for the creation of One City Center (OCC) with a total investment valued at 8 billion Thai Baht (US$221 million). Standing 275.8 meters tall (904.7 feet) in the heart of Ploenchit Road, One City Center becomes Thailand’s tallest building.

The 61-story innovative office building will become a best-in-class modern office, including a broad selection of food and beverage outlets. Additionally, the building is projected to have a ceiling height of 3 meters - crowned with a one-of-a-kind panoramic cityscape and an environmentally friendly workspace.
