PT Hong Kong Kingland held an topping out ceremony for The Fritz tower in Serpong, South Tangerang .

Kingland Avenue President Director Timothy Chang said The Fritz will be built on time and is expected to be completed in 2023. To realize the plan, Kingland Avenue has appointed PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. as the main contractor for The Fritz development.

"As part of the company's commitment, this project has been designed and built with various amenities that can be used maximally by its residents. Not only that, with the presence of Sahid University in the area it is hoped that it can reinforce the Univeristy Town concept that is promoted by Kingland Avenue," he said in his press statement on Sunday, 8 November, 2020.

Timothy said that this project will be built with a contemporary Scandinavian themed architectural design concept. 

According to Chang, The Fritz will consist of more than 700 units divided into five categories, namely Superior, Deluxe, Pemium, Suite and Grand Suite.

“Currently, The Fritz sales figures alone have reached 60 percent of the total available units. The price starts from Rp. 400 million per unit (US$28,394) he said.

PT Hong Kong Kingland is a property development company that is collaborating with Alfaland Group to build a mixed-use integrated residential development called Kingland Avenue.

Kingland Avenue is built on a 2.4-hectare site and consists of five buildings with four apartment buildings, one commercial building, a lifestyle plaza, and a university campus located on Jalan Raya Serpong Km. 8. In the first phase, PT Hong Kong Kingland marketed the first two towers: The Venetian and The Fritz.
