Sobha Realty has unveiled Sobha Central, a major mixed-use development on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. Designed as a “vertical urban sanctuary,” the six-tower project will integrate luxury residences, high-street retail, premium office space, and green parks in one self-contained community.

The first building, called The Horizon, will include 1,225 one- and two-bedroom units and is set for completion in December 2029. Key features of the development include 250,000 square feet (23,226 square meters) of parkland, 175,000 square feet (16,258 square meters) of office space, and 160,000 square feet (14,864 square meters) of retail, including a luxury shopping mall. A distinctive elevated circulation path will connect all buildings, offering access to amenities such as a gym, theatre, clubhouse, restaurants, and a Grand Hall. Outdoor areas will feature infinity pools, landscaped terraces, and private courtyards. Sustainability features will include energy-efficient HVAC, EV charging, double-glazed façades, and district cooling.

The launch aligns with the trending surge of real estate demand in the region and expands Sobha’s growing portfolio.
