In a village in the South Coast region of New South Wales, Australia,a development application has been submitted for a 20-story residential building. The recently submitted proposal replaces a previously approved application for a development on the site that would have been known as Savoir Fair (Stage 2).

Developer Goldfields is proposing the project for 29-35 Manning Street in Milton. Designed by Rothelowman, the project as drawn includes 131 apartments, mostly two-bedroom units, with one- up to four-bedroom units in the mix. Amenities would include a rooftop recreation deck, with a pool, lounges, as well as BBQ and yoga areas. Three underground parking levels will provide spaces for 171 vehicles and 131 bicycles.
