Skanska starts work in December 2022 on a 31-story apartment building it’s developing in the hip Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Dubbed “Kaye,” the building will have 324 units and a mixed-use ground floor.

Skanska said it is investing US$296 million in the development, with US$190 million set aside for construction costs, which will be filed in its US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2022. 

Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
