A Dubai-based developer and real estate service provider has announced the launch of Mar Casa, a seafront project in Dubai Maritime City with easy connections to Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. The project is slated to cost US$299.5 million. 

The 52-story development, with a design inspired by ocean waves, will offer luxury apartment units penthouses and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows and energy-efficient appliances and MEP. 

Amenities available to tenants will include indoor and outdoor lounges, recreational area, an infinity pool at the roof, and smart technologies in all the rooms.
