Residential Tower in Rotterdam Acquired by Investment Manager

The luxury residential tower is 19 stories, and located in the center of Rotterdam.

The Pan-European investment manager PATRIZIA AG has added the Rotterdam B-Tower to its portfolio. The B-Tower is a 19-story building, located in the center of Rotterdam. The tower is currently in use by Urban Residences.

The residential tower designed by Wiel Arets consists of 78 luxury apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows and design elements. B-Tower is located at Hennekijnstraat 94-254 in the centre of Rotterdam, next to the "Koopgoot" and Bijenkorf, and within walking distance of the central station. On the first two floors there is a fashion store (not part of the transaction), above it there are two floors with parking spaces and 15 floors with apartments. Due to the wall-high glass in the façade, the apartments offer generous views of the city and the surrounding area.
