The firm Argo Estrategia has released the design for its most recent project, Citizen Nunciatura. It will be located on 78th Street in the Josefino neighborhood of Rohrmoser. The apartment tower will be one of the tallest in the area, with 25 stories containing a total of 140 apartments.

There also will be six different types of apartments with a flexible room configuration, with up to three bedrooms. The building has several amenities available for residents such as on-site parking, and rental car and car-sharing services. Other amenities include a pet spa and an infinity pool. The lobby was designed to deliver a sensory experience, with each day including different images, sounds, and smells. On the top level, the building will have a sky deck and glass-floored terrace that will allow owners to enjoy a panoramic view of Rohrmoser.

“Citizen is a commitment to give our customers the possibility of residing in a building where they can live without limitations, and can choose how to enjoy life in the city,” said Francisco Aviles, general manager of Argo Estrategia.

In addition, the building will be mixed-use, with commercial premises at the first level. This will grant owners easy access to convenience services.

“We think this offers very interesting investment possibilities,” added Aviles.
