The Aston Martin Residences in Miami has structurally topped out. This milestone was celebrated as part of Design Miami 2021. This sail shaped building is located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way and occupies one of the last plots of developable land on the waterfront of Downtown Miami.

This project is a 249 meter (817 feet) tall residential skyscraper. Containing 66 stories, this building provides 391 condominiums and penthouses. These units have panoramic views of both the Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Four floors located near the top of the building will hold 3,900 square meters (42,000 square feet) of amenity space designed to enhance the mind, body, and soul.

Almost 80 percent of the building is already sold. Residents will get access to a superyacht marina, a permanent art gallery, and a 24/7 butler service. The project is scheduled to complete in 2022.
