A 38-story residential building under construction in Dubai is being developed by Dar Al Arkan in partnership with Italian fashion house, Missoni. 

The US$218 million (AED 800 million) Urban Oasis is a sister project to another Missoni-branded building in Miami. It is situated directly on the Dubai Water Canal in close proximity to Dubai’s downtown. The project marks Dar Al Arkan’s entry into the UAE and MissoniHome’s entry into the region.

The residences consist of two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses with interiors from MissoniHome featuring a Miami-inspired design. The apartments come in varying sizes and offer water-front views and a closed kitchen.

Building amenities include a swimming pool, a children's play area, car parking, an equipped gymnasium, and 24/7 concierge, and security service.

Construction of the tower is underway and is set to be completed before the end of 2023.
