A 13-story apartment building is being proposed for downtown Columbus, as part of a redevelopment of the Ohio capital’s North High Street / Gay Street area. In addition to this new proposal, Eclipse Real Estate, a division of the Edwards Cos., has already begun renovating the long-closed White-Haines and Madison's buildings to the south.

The proposed residential building would rise on a vacant lot at 100 N. High St. It would include 152 apartments over six parking levels (one below ground). The first floor would include a lobby and restaurant. The roof would house a lounge, fitness center, and pool.
