Electra, a 38-floor residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai was recently announced. The building will feature 278 luxurious apartments, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. Each apartment will be equipped with Bosch appliances, Roca sanitary ware, high-quality finishings, and Italian kitchens. The units will be fully furnished with three design options and equipped with the latest smart home solutions. Notably, 2-bedroom apartments will include terrace pools measuring 4.6 x 1.8 meters.

The project by Acube Developments includes more than 50 unique amenities designed with Sanderson Global consultancy, offering features like a beach-themed pool, mini water park, mini golf, bowling alley, and both indoor and outdoor play areas. Additionally, there will be business facilities, co-working spaces, a business lounge, a library, and a coffee station on the ground floor. The upper floors will house a gym, yoga rooms, a cinema, sauna, steam rooms, and an 18-meter sky pool.

Construction is expected to start at the end of June 2024 with completion in early 2027.
