A two-tower residential project with a pink façade is headed for Moscow. At the seventh level, a small green "island" is planned, which will be a recreational area for residents.

The façade will be clad in aluminum panels painted in a light, pearlescent pink color, which will complement the light wood grain windows.

“A diverse environment filled with air and light will be formed on ZIL-Yug territory. The façades will be made of glass fiber reinforced concrete of different shades; in this case a light pink shade will be used. Window décor elements are also quite diverse - they will be made of aluminum, and [a texture will be achieved] using different depths of window openings” said Yulia Burdova, architect, partner at Buromoscow.

An apartment building with an underground two-story parking lot will be built at the address at 23/65, Avtozavodskaya Street. The complex will consist of two towers of 25 and 27 stories, united by an L-shaped skybridge at the seventh floor, which forms an open operated terrace. The total area of the project will be about 32,000 square meters.
