Waves, a 35-story residential development by Sobha Realty has reached completion at the waterfront district in Dubai. It received its Building Completion Certificate (BCC) well ahead of its construction schedule. 

It initially began construction in February 2021, and offers several configurations of apartments, including 1-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and a few variations with additional spaces in each. The waterfront district of Sobha Hartland offers generous views of the Dubai skyline as well as the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan Racecourse, and Dubai Creek. 

The tower's amenities include a barbeque area, a yoga and meditation facility, and an infinity swimming pool among others.
