Tokyo Metropolitan Government has approved the Toyomi District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, which features twin 54-story condominiums at a planned height of about 189 meters and a total of 2077 units.

The development will include a store, a ward hall, and a clinic on the first floor. The second floor will house a nursery school, while a residential entrance hall will be located on the third floor. An open space of about 4,200 square meters will face the school. The redevelopment project is a nine-minute walk from Toei Oedo Line "Kachidoki" station.

The demolition work of the existing building is scheduled to start in September 2021, with construction on the new buildings expected to begin by January 2023. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
