Project Proposed for Brisbane Central Business District
Morris Property Group has revealed plans for 19 Eagle Terrace, a new office high-rise in Brisbane Central Business District. This unveiling comes at a time when the company is halfway through the construction of another office building, 152 Wharf Street, located in Brisbane’s inner suburb Spring Hill. This second project plans to complete in 2022 and would be the new headquarters for the Australian Taxation Office.
Designed to be 23 stories tall, 19 Eagle Terrace will provide about 19,182 square meters (206,470 square feet) of office space spread across 19 levels. The ground floor will feature a retail lobby. There will also be a breakout area on the rooftop that will include a terrace for meditation and yoga.
An existing office building had to be demolished for this project. The site will be cleared by mid-November. The real estate company, CBRE, has been exclusively appointed to lease this new project.
