Fifteen Fifteen, a proposed residential project for Vancouver, is moving forward. Pre-sales for the project’s apartments open this month. The project is located at 1515 Alberni Street in the Vancouver neighborhood of Coal Harbour. It was already approved by Vancouver’s city council in 2018.

Construction for the project is scheduled to begin in 2022. The building will contain 202 condominiums that range from studio units to three-bedroom homes. Eighteen of these units will be observatory residences, located in the cantilevered sections. These units will have floor-to-ceiling windows which will give the resident the sensation of floating above the city.

This project is being developed by Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties while the project’s architect is Büro Ole Scheeren. This team of developers and architect are also working on another Vancouver project, a proposed pair of towers called Barclay Village. Visually similar to Fifteen Fifteen, these towers are proposed for the West End neighborhood, just south of Fifteen Fifteen.
