The construction of the next phase of Tesla Hloubětín residential project  in Prague, Czechia is moving forward after awarding the contract for construction to Skanska. It consists of four residential buildings with six to eleven floors and a total of 357 new apartments. A new kindergarten, healthcare unit and several commercial units are also incorporated in this project. Construction is expected to commence this month, and is scheduled for complition by 2027.

The contract is worth CZK 1.1 billion, equivalent to USD47.4 million.
