The Parkview office building in Prague is now fully-occupied after two new tenants signed leases. The two new occupants are software developer JetSoft, which has leased 398 square meters, and research tech specialist Lucid, which has taken up 555 square meters. Both tenants have occupied space on the seventh floor of the nine-story building.

Parkview, which is situated in Prague’s Pankrác district, was completed by Skanska in 2020 and is now owned by German investor Deka Immobilien.  It has a leasable area of around 16,000 square meters.
