A current five-story building located in the middle of Seoul will be reborn as a representative complex financial center of Woori Finance.  The building will be transformed into a 19-story high-rise with 7 underground levels for the Euljiro branch of Woori Bank. The intent is to also purchase surroundings sites for more integrated areas for banking, cultural, and public spaces.

The plans for the bank's real estate come amidst the shift to digital banking, and Woori aims to repurpose other old branches nationwide, enhancing their utilization. This plan is part of a broader strategy to foster community engagement and financial services innovation, with construction for the Euljiro site beginning first following final approvals expected before the end of 2024.
