Plans Revealed for Miami Supertall of Financial HQ
Plans and renderings have been revealed for Citadel’s new 55-story global headquarters at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami. The project, spanning 4.17 acres across three sites, aims to utilize Miami’s RTZ Metromover Subzone for higher-density, transit-oriented development, and is designed by architects Foster + Partners.

The proposed supertall tower will rise to 1,028 feet (313.3 meters), and will feature 1.29 million square feet (119,845 square meters) of office space, a 212-room hotel, and nearly 24,000 square feet (2230 square meters) for retail and dining. The development will also include 50 below-grade parking spots, supplemented by additional parking at nearby sites. The project will begin with renovating the existing office tower and constructing a new parking deck at 1221 Brickell Avenue, offering around 1,420 spaces across multiple levels.
