Plans for Tall Residential Building in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil are Revealed

FG Empreendimentos has announced plans for the Senna Tower, an architectural project in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil, developed in collaboration with the Senna Brand, owned by driver Ayrton Senna. It promises an "architectural masterpiece" with work is expected to begin in the second half of 2025, with a forecast of up to 10 years for completion.

It will feature 228 units, including luxurious "suspended mansions," penthouses, and 8 high-speed elevators. The skyscraper will offer six private leisure floors and public entertainment areas, including an immersive space dedicated to Ayrton Senna. Sales will begin after its launch that is scheduled for late 2024. The number of floors for the building and total height is expected to be announced at the same time.  The developers are currently publicaly stating that it will reach over 500 meters.

According to the developers the project has already received the approval of the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV), the Environmental Implementation License (LAI) and the approval of the municipal government of Balneário Camboriú.
