On 9 November, the Dubai-based Binghatti Real Estate is launched Phase 2 of its Binghatti Skyrise project at an exclusive event beneath Egypt's Pyramids of Giza in Cairo. This high-profile gathering celebrated the project’s expansion following a successful initial phase in Dubai’s Business Bay, where half of the units sold on the first day. Anticipation is high among Egyptian investors, a key market for Binghatti properties.

The launch featured special performances, including one by Emirati artist Hussain Al Jassmi, to  an audience of over 2,500 guests. Among the attendees were prominent dignitaries, business leaders in the real estate sector, and a host of renowned celebrities from the arts, sports, and media industries. Beyond a property unveiling, the event served as a networking hub for investors and experts, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Pyramids, showcasing Binghatti’s commitment to architectural innovation.

Binghatti Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti highlighted the brand's strong relationship with Egyptian buyers, reflected by a team remaining in Cairo for five days post-event. They will host a property showcase at New Cairo’s Kempinski Hotel, offering on-site sales and personalized services for potential clients.

The Binghatti Skyrise in Dubai’s Business Bay, known for its modern design and glass facades, is expected to become a premier luxury residence in the area, featuring over 3,000 residential units and more than 15 high-end amenities.
