DKG Development has partnered with Spanish-based Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) to develop two flagship properties within the Piraeús Gate project in Piraeus, Greece. This marks LHG’s entry into Greece, expanding its portfolio of serviced apartments and hospitality concepts focused on sustainability and modern design.

Piraeús Gate is a transformative urban regeneration project aiming to revitalize Piraeus by creating a LEED-certified neighborhood blending sustainability, culture, inclusion, and entrepreneurship with mixed-use buildings. It is located at the entrance of Piraeus, at the crossroads of the two main avenues connecting the city with the center of Athens and the Athenian Riviera. At the heart of the project is the development of a series of buildings that will incorporate modern architectural solutions respecting the historicity and identity of the area. With the development, LHG will operate two properties: SKY-BLUE, a 12-story building with 32 residential units, ranging from 22 to 39 square meters, and URBAN GL, a renovated six-story property with 66 apartments. Both buildings are expected to be completed by the end of 2026.  SKYBLUE will have shops on the ground floor.
