In Ampang Jaya, Malaysia, Brezza One Residency by Setia Awan, a residential complex currently under construction, provides views of Kuala Lumpur from a location adjacent the forests of Bukit Ampang and Hulu Langat Forest Reserve. 

Located in Bukit Ampang Permai, the 1.85-hecatare (4.56-acre) condominium complex consists of four 16-story buildings on a multi-level elevated deck over the valley floor, which makes the development accessible from higher terrain. It will provide 660 homes ranging from 100 to 181 square meters (1073 to 1953 square feet).

There will be over 30 amenities for residents aimed at encouraging physical activities and reducing stress and depression during uncertain times. These will include a park with rock climbing and a kid’s outdoor gym, a reflexology path, seating cabana, yoga/taichi deck, hanging bridge, and water fountain. The ground floor podium offers pools, jacuzzi cove, squash court, games room, sunken/ floating deck and other facilities. A Sky Garden will house a viewing deck, sky lounge, and hammock garden.

The project launched in the fourth quarter of 2019, with an estimated completion date in the second quarter of 2024.
