CPI Property Group has taken over the property management of the Eurocentrum complex, which it purchased in November 2019.

The four-building center comprises over 85,100 square meters of gross leasable area, including 3,500 square meters of retail. The tenants include Unilever, Coty, Group One, Randstadt, Sage, PSE and the Office of Rail Transport.

"This is the next step in the property management strategy announced by our company. We believe that in this particularly challenging time, our approach of actively managing our properties and working on increasing their value is becoming increasingly important," says Barbara Topolska, the country manager of CPI Property Group Poland. CPI has announced that it intends to take over the management of all the buildings in its portfolio, which includes 12 buildings in Warsaw.
