Next Stop on Minneapolis Skyway Tops Out

In Minneapolis, the RBC Gateway building has topped out at 37 floors and 158 meters. Project completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2022.

Once completed, the building will be home to RBC Wealth Management’s U.S. headquarters, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Minneapolis, a public plaza, and street-level dining. The development will be also connected to the Minneapolis Central Library, extending the city’s skyway system.

The office portion of RBC Gateway is currently 95 percent preleased, with about 1,858 square meters (20,000 square feet) of office space is still available for leasing.

In the top six floors of the building will be 34 Four Seasons Private Residences, which will have access to the hotel’s amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, library, health and wellness spa, as well as private residential amenities including a dedicated lobby and high-speed elevators.
